Storage environment requirements for PTFE tape

Teflon tape is one of the fluoroplastics used for sealing. PTFE tape takes carbon atoms as the skeleton, and fluorine atoms are symmetrically and evenly distributed around it, forming a tight barrier, which makes it have very valuable comprehensive physical and mechanical properties. PTFE tape has high corrosion resistance to strong acid, strong alkali and strong oxidant. Even if the temperature is high, it will not work. Its corrosion resistance even exceeds that of glass, ceramics, stainless steel and even gold and platinum. Therefore, Known as the "Plastic King".
Notes on transportation and storage of PTFE tape: Materials or parts used to prevent leakage of fluid or solid particles from adjacent bonding surfaces and to prevent external impurities such as dust and moisture from invading parts and components inside the machine.
    The storage method is:
    1. The storage room temperature of the seals is below 30 °C to avoid high temperature aging of the seals.
    2. The seals must be stored in a sealed package to avoid contact with moisture or dust in the air.
    3. The seals must avoid strong light exposure to avoid the seals being eroded by ozone in the air or prematurely aging.
