How to use teflon thread sealing tape

1. First disassemble the card joint, clean the thread surface of the pipe joint with cleaning agent, and dry it.

2. If the thread is an inert material surface, or the room temperature is too low, or the filling gap is too large, or the curing speed needs to be accelerated, the accelerator can be sprayed on the surface of the thread and dried.

3. Select thread sealing tape with suitable strength, viscosity and performance according to the working conditions of the pipe joint. The thread sealing tape has high strength, thixotropic viscosity, fast curing, and excellent chemical resistance, especially suitable for large thinning pipe thread sealing , threads within M80 are available.

4. Wrap thread sealing tape on the sealing seat surface.

5. Wrap the thread sealing tape on the external thread.

6. Install it carefully, tighten it as usual, and let it stand for full curing. Generally, it can be initially cured in half an hour at room temperature, and it can be fully cured to reach the maximum strength in 24 hours.
